Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer based in Springdale, Arkansas. Every spool is extruded in-house from 100% virgin resin — no regrind, no blended scrap — and held to ±0.05mm diameter tolerance. Compatible with Bambu X1C/P1S/P1P/A1, Prusa MK4/MK3S+, Creality K1/Ender 3 V3, Voron, and any standard 1.75mm setup.

Push Plastic Carbon Fiber Nylon (PA) combines the mechanical strength and fatigue resistance of nylon with the added stiffness and dimensional stability of short-cut carbon fiber. The result is a lightweight, rigid engineering material suited for structural brackets, robot links, drone frames, tooling fixtures, and any load-bearing part where standard PA or PETG would flex too much over time.

The 500g format is the right size for evaluating CF-PA on a new project or running small-batch parts where you don't need a full kilogram. CF Nylon is also available in 2kg for higher-volume use.

Print Settings

  • Nozzle: 250–270°C
  • Bed: 70–90°C
  • Enclosure: Strongly recommended
  • Cooling: Minimal or off
  • Nozzle: Hardened steel or ruby required — CF is abrasive
  • Dry before printing: Yes — 8–12 hours at 70°C

Keep in a dry box during printing. CF-filled nylons absorb moisture faster than unfilled PA and the abrasive particles make surface issues from wet filament more pronounced.

Ambrosia filament (1.75mm cardboard spool): Bambu Lab X1C, P1S, P1P, A1, A1 Mini with AMS; Prusa MK4/MK3S+/Mini+; Creality K1/K2/Ender 3 V3; Voron 2.4/Trident; most 1.75mm printers.

Push Plastic filament: 1.75mm spools work with Bambu X1C, Prusa MK4, Creality K1, Voron, RatRig, and all standard 1.75mm setups. 2.85mm spools work with Ultimaker S3/S5, LulzBot Taz Pro, and E3D toolchanger setups. Check the print settings in the product description for temperature and enclosure requirements specific to the material.

  • Handling: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.

  • Consumable orders: free shipping at $95.00 or more. Under $95.00, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your items and address.
  • Printer orders: $50.00 flat rate.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.
