Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer based in Springdale, Arkansas. Every spool is extruded in-house from 100% virgin resin — no regrind, no blended scrap — and held to ±0.05mm diameter tolerance. Compatible with Bambu X1C/P1S/P1P/A1, Prusa MK4/MK3S+, Creality K1/Ender 3 V3, Voron, and any standard 1.75mm setup.

Push Plastic PETG sits between PLA and ABS in the property stack: better heat resistance and toughness than PLA, easier to print than ABS, no enclosure required. It's a strong choice for functional parts that need to hold their shape in a warm environment, snap-fit assemblies, food-safe applications (with an appropriate coating or post-process), and anything where PLA is too brittle and ABS is too demanding.

PETG has minimal warping, good layer adhesion, and a slightly glossy surface. It's slightly more moisture-sensitive than PLA — store with desiccant and dry if you've left it open more than a week.

Print Settings

  • Nozzle: 230–250°C
  • Bed: 70–85°C
  • Enclosure: Not required (beneficial for tall parts)
  • Cooling: Moderate — less than PLA, more than ABS
  • Nozzle: Standard brass

Push Plastic filament: 1.75mm spools work with Bambu X1C, Prusa MK4, Creality K1, Voron, RatRig, and all standard 1.75mm setups. 2.85mm spools work with Ultimaker S3/S5, LulzBot Taz Pro, and E3D toolchanger setups. Check the print settings in the product description for temperature and enclosure requirements specific to the material.
