Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer based in Springdale, Arkansas. Every spool is extruded in-house from 100% virgin resin — no regrind, no blended scrap — and held to ±0.05mm diameter tolerance. Compatible with Bambu X1C/P1S/P1P/A1, Prusa MK4/MK3S+, Creality K1/Ender 3 V3, Voron, and any standard 1.75mm setup.
Push Plastic ABS is a workhorse engineering material for parts that need to hold up under heat, mechanical stress, or impact. Higher heat deflection temperature than PLA, post-processable with acetone vapor smoothing, and tougher under load. Good for enclosures, brackets, automotive interior parts, tooling jigs, and any functional print that might see temperatures where PLA would soften.
ABS requires an enclosure and a heated bed to print reliably. It warps in open air. In the right setup on a tuned machine, it's consistent and produces parts with better mechanical properties than any PLA variant at a lower cost than engineering composites.
Print Settings
- Nozzle: 230–250°C
- Bed: 90–110°C (PEI or garolite)
- Enclosure: Required
- Cooling: Minimal or off
- Nozzle: Standard brass
ABS is also available in 3kg, 5kg, and 10kg bulk formats at a lower cost-per-gram for high-volume users.

Ambrosia filament (1.75mm cardboard spool): Bambu Lab X1C, P1S, P1P, A1, A1 Mini with AMS; Prusa MK4/MK3S+/Mini+; Creality K1/K2/Ender 3 V3; Voron 2.4/Trident; most 1.75mm printers.
Push Plastic filament: 1.75mm spools work with Bambu X1C, Prusa MK4, Creality K1, Voron, RatRig, and all standard 1.75mm setups. 2.85mm spools work with Ultimaker S3/S5, LulzBot Taz Pro, and E3D toolchanger setups. Check the print settings in the product description for temperature and enclosure requirements specific to the material.

- Handling: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.
