Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer based in Springdale, Arkansas. Every spool is extruded in-house from 100% virgin resin — no regrind, no blended scrap — and held to ±0.05mm diameter tolerance. Compatible with Bambu X1C/P1S/P1P/A1, Prusa MK4/MK3S+, Creality K1/Ender 3 V3, Voron, and any standard 1.75mm setup.

Push Plastic Engineering Nylon (PA) is for functional parts under sustained mechanical load. Nylon offers high tensile strength, excellent fatigue resistance, and a natural lubricity that makes it useful for gears, bushings, hinges, cable guides, and structural brackets. It absorbs impact without shattering, unlike ABS or PLA at similar stiffness levels, and holds its properties across a wide temperature range.

Nylon is hygroscopic — it absorbs moisture from the air and must be dried before printing. Wet nylon strings, under-extrudes, and produces weak parts with poor layer adhesion. This isn't a warning to skip — it's a step: dry the spool and the parts print reliably.

Print Settings

  • Nozzle: 240–260°C
  • Bed: 70–90°C (PEI, garolite, or glue stick on glass)
  • Enclosure: Strongly recommended
  • Cooling: Minimal or off
  • Nozzle: Standard brass works; hardened steel extends nozzle life
  • Dry before printing: Yes — 8–12 hours at 70°C

Keep the spool in a sealed dry box during printing. Even a few hours of open-air exposure will noticeably degrade print quality.

Push Plastic filament: 1.75mm spools work with Bambu X1C, Prusa MK4, Creality K1, Voron, RatRig, and all standard 1.75mm setups. 2.85mm spools work with Ultimaker S3/S5, LulzBot Taz Pro, and E3D toolchanger setups. Check the print settings in the product description for temperature and enclosure requirements specific to the material.
