American-Made PETG. Precision-Manufactured. Print-Ready.
3D-Fuel Pro PETG is a premium 3D printing filament manufactured in 3D-Fuel's own production facility in Fargo, North Dakota — with complete control over every step of the process, from raw material to finished spool. Made from 100% virgin PETG resin, it delivers the ideal balance between ease of printing and real-world performance: the approachability of PLA with the strength, temperature resistance, and impact toughness of ABS.
Where standard PETG can be finicky, Pro PETG is dialed in. Near-zero warpage. Extremely strong layer bonds. Little to no odor during printing. And because 3D-Fuel runs multi-axis laser diameter and ovality measurement in real-time during production, every spool ships with the exact diameter and ovality readings printed right on the box — so you know what you're loading before you print.
Note: Pro PETG prints a little hotter than some PETG filaments. See the recommended settings below and dial in from there.
Built for makers who need performance and reliability — perfect for:
- Functional parts, enclosures, brackets, and mechanical components requiring strength beyond PLA
- Outdoor and high-heat applications where standard PLA would soften or fail
- Waterproof and moisture-resistant prints — bottles, containers, and fluid-contact parts
- Structural assemblies, load-bearing brackets, and snap-fit components
- RC car and drone bodies, robotics housings, and protective casings
- Engineering prototypes where both toughness and print quality matter
- Any project where near-zero warpage is non-negotiable
Available in 1kg and 4kg spools — choose your spool size when adding to cart.
Printer Compatibility: Compatible with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers. Tested in-house on MakerBot, LulzBot, FlashForge, and more.
